Javita is quite a new business, incorporated in February 2011 and officially launching in June 2011. It is also one of MANY direct selling companies offering coffee brand products.
But nonetheless, Javita has recently gained major interest in the industry and is climbing up the MLM rankings. It seems that the idea of “Customized Coffee” appeals to the masses. Every day, over billions of people worldwide drink coffee. Consequently, the Javita business is simple: Give people what they want and supply it to them on a regular, ongoing basis. The best part is that you will be paid to drink and share Javita coffee. What could be easier?
Well, the purpose of this article is to review the Javita company, the products and the opportunity in detail so that you can make a determination on whether or not this is a good company to join. BTW, I am not affiliated to Javita in any way, I am just a third-party industry expert giving his point of view.
The name Javita is a combination of two words—Java, a term used for coffee and Vita, the Latin word for life.
Javita hope to “Evolutionize” the coffee industry by developing innovative coffee blends and combining them with a lucrative direct selling business model. Javita market their Coffee products via their network of distributors.
Javita was started by a group of successful business people who love coffee and who believe in the direct-selling style of distribution. The team has more than a century’s worth of direct-selling industry experience and many more years in traditional business. Javita has a sister company called Waiora which runs under the same roof and under the same CEO Stanley Cherelstein in their headquarters in Boca Raton,Florida.
Recognizing the power of the billion dollar consumer coffee market, we’ve evolved our product to offer everything you want in your cup and more
creating a unique line of 100% natural, instant gourmet coffees infused with herbs and other beneficial ingredients using estate-grown South American Arabica and Robusta coffee beans. The beans are finely ground and go through a complex micronization and extraction process which Javita say took a long time for them to develop, but separates their product from other coffee products.
first product, simply called energy + mind, will give you more of what you are already looking for in a cup of coffee—extra energy, alertness, mental clarity and help for that fading memory.
Javita Compensation Plan
The Javita Compensation Plan is a Unilevel plan which works on the principles of teamwork and the idea that success is a result of combined effort. It is designed to reward performance. This can be your own individual performance, giving you immediate income, or it can be group performance. So the more you help your downline, the better your chances of generating a long-term income. The plan pays 4% residual bonus down to an unusual 14 levels (most Uni levels only have 7)
This income comes in the form of 10 different sources. (30%) direct sales profits. earn commissions off all of your new members purchases and activity. 5-level Fast Start payout STAR and STAR elite Bonus, cycle bonus’s. Weekly Top Enroller’s share in a $2000 bonus. Rank Advancement Bonus of up to $500,000 and Enroller Matching Bonus (20% of the Rank Advancement Bonus).
Reps that reach the ranks of Managers And Directors qualify for a Flat percentage of the of the company’s monthly revenue, called a MAD bonus.
Car Bonus – In these challenging economic times Javita is doing their bit to support American industry, Javita only supplies cars as bonuses that come from American Companies and are built by American workers (i.e., General Motors, Ford or Chrysler)
You can fast track your progress in the compensation plan and earn your car bonus sooner by getting the Qualifying business packs for either $599 or $999. I personally feel that this is quite a large investment considering it’s a very new company, but if you are confident in your ability to enroll members and help them grow their business, you could very well reap rich rewards from this.
Summary / Conclusion
In closing, Javita. is a good company that sells high quality products, has strong leaders and a generous Compensation plan. However, contrary to what you may have been told, that has very little to do with whether you will be successful or not. You see, the leaders will not sell the products for you and make you successful. Especially since the unilevel plan is performance based. You yourself will have to do that AND bring in your own Javita distributors to make your business a success. In fact, that applies to whatever company you belong to in the direct selling, network marketing industry.
This is why I recommend learning how to market and brand yourself, not your company. That way when people join, they join YOU not your company, thus giving you complete control over how you operate your business and allow you to take over any mlm company you are with.
